MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Effective Date: July 19, 2026
This Membership & Subscription Policy applies to recurring memberships and subscription programs offered by The Fit Press.
MEMBERSHIP TERMS
The specific price, billing frequency, included benefits, eligibility requirements, and other conditions applicable to each membership will be disclosed when the member enrolls.
Membership benefits may include, depending on the selected plan:
- Club access;
- Weekly beverage allowances;
- Wellness workshops;
- Group activities;
- Fitness classes;
- Events;
- Guest privileges;
- Food benefits;
- Coaching;
- Networking opportunities; and
- Other benefits specifically described in the applicable membership plan.
Benefits may vary by membership tier.
RECURRING BILLING
If a membership automatically renews, the member authorizes The Fit Press or its designated payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the disclosed recurring price and frequency until the membership is canceled or terminated.
The member is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Automatic-renewal terms, including the recurring price and billing frequency, should be clearly presented before enrollment.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate renewal or cancellation notices will be provided.
CANCELLATION
Members may request cancellation through the cancellation method provided at enrollment or by contacting The Fit Press.
Cancellation will take effect according to the terms of the applicable membership plan and applicable law.
Cancellation generally prevents eligible future renewal charges after it becomes effective.
Previously paid membership fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a scheduled membership payment fails, access to membership benefits may be suspended or terminated.
The Fit Press may attempt to process the payment again where permitted.
Any consequences of a missed payment that affect accrued benefits, promotional benefits, rewards, or special membership programs must be disclosed in the specific membership agreement.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
The Fit Press may modify membership offerings, benefits, or pricing prospectively.
If changes materially affect an existing recurring membership, notice will be provided when required by applicable law or the applicable membership agreement.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, shared, or resold unless expressly authorized by The Fit Press.
MEMBER CONDUCT
Members are expected to behave respectfully and safely.
The Fit Press reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for fraud, harassment, violence, threats, unsafe behavior, illegal activity, or serious violations of facility rules, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
ADDITIONAL AGREEMENTS
Certain membership tiers or programs may require a separate written agreement.
If a separate signed membership agreement conflicts with this general policy, the specific agreement will control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this policy waives cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
