SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PICKUP POLICY

The Fit Press may offer shipping, local delivery, and/or in-store pickup for eligible products.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed according to product availability and the fulfillment method selected during checkout.

Estimated preparation, shipping, or delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

SHIPPING

Shipping availability may depend on the product type and destination.

Certain perishable, refrigerated, or temperature-sensitive products may not be available for standard shipping.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Where local delivery is offered, delivery areas, minimum order requirements, fees, and estimated delivery times will be displayed or communicated during ordering.

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive perishable or temperature-sensitive deliveries when necessary.

The Fit Press is not responsible for deterioration caused by a customer failing to retrieve or properly store a successfully delivered perishable product within a reasonable period.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Customers selecting pickup should retrieve their orders during the applicable pickup window.

Perishable products that are not collected within a reasonable period may need to be discarded for food-safety or quality reasons and may not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law.

DELAYS

Delivery or shipping may be affected by weather, carrier delays, supply interruptions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with material fulfillment issues.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect, please contact The Fit Press promptly with your order information and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Eligible claims may result in replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.
